Return Policy:
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase (in new condition, and with all the accessories). 20% Restocking Fee will apply. Shipping charges however will not be refunded. If you need to replace to a different remote we will not charge re-stocking fee.
To return an item, please send back the item to the address on the invoice. Enclose a copy of your invoice with a brief description (exchange or refund) and your best daytime phone number. No Return Authorization is needed.

Shipping And Handling within the continental USA is $5.95 (Via US Mail - First Class without Tracking) We also ship UPS Ground ($9.50), 3 Days Select, 2nd Day and Next Day Air and tracking number is issued upon request.
Transit times within the US varies between 1-6 business days via UPS Ground depending on your location.
Intercom systems and operators ship via UPS only and $28.00 will be added to freight charges.
